As of June 2021, you now have the option to choose a 2-pack, 4-pack, 8-pack, or 12-pack of Orbit Labels! Each package of custom Orbit Labels contains labels in a single color and identical personalization.
An elastomeric material that is compliant with Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Regulation 21CFR 177.2600.
This material is in the same class of material used in pacifiers and baby bottle nipples. This material was chosen because it is non-toxic and has durable qualities that withstand normal use. We do not use paint or ink to back-fill the personalization.
Orbit Labels fit most brands of baby bottles and sippy cups on the market and are great for labeling standard-sized water bottles and soda cans.
Unfortunately, they do NOT fit Dr. Brown's 2 oz preemie or 4 oz standard bottles, as these are too narrow. However, they do fit the 8 oz standard and wide-necked varieties.

All labels within a set must be the same color (unless otherwise noted), therefore, only one color can be selected per package.
Nope! Orbit Labels were designed and tested to withstand repeated dishwashing, boiling, and microwaving.
The Orbit Label will not peel, fade or wash away!
Orbit Labels are manufactured using a high quality material proven to withstand dishwashing, boiling, and microwaving.
It is difficult to predict the life expectancy of the Orbit Labels, as there are numerous variables to consider, such as over-stretching.
The braille reads "inchbug” on all of the Orbit Labels. At this time we are not able to custom print in braille characters.
We are unable to personalize our products with emojis. In addition to alphanumeric characters, we can usually engrave and print many standard characters commonly found in names, addresses, and phone numbers. However, some preview options for label personalization may display characters that we cannot effectively print or may not be compatible with certain font options.
They sure are! All of our labels were designed and tested to withstand the rigors of a dishwasher and microwave. We use the best equipment and materials, resulting in the highest quality product possible.
Custom Photo Labels provide caregivers with more than just a name to identify new children in a classroom setting. They also allow young children to identify their belongings on their own. Children are able to recognize themselves in a photograph before they can read their name.
Yes, the photo you provide is the photo that will be printed. You can upload a photo up to 8 MB. For best results, we recommend choosing a photo taken from a camera with a high resolution.
No, your photo will not be retouched. Each customer is responsible for editing the image prior to submitting an order.
The stickers are made from vinyl material and are free from lead, BPA, and phthalates.
We want to provide you with a variety, therefore, each icon set consists of 5 different designs.
Yes, we reserve the right to reject an order without explanation. We will not produce an order if the material submitted for personalization is deemed obscene, offensive, abusive, harmful, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable. If images uploaded are copyrighted or depict celebrities or anyone that may have "celebrity" status, they will be rejected.
Unfortunately, no. You may consider ordering labels with your last name only so everyone in the family can use them.
Our system only allows for one shipping address per order. If you wish to make multiple gift orders, each order must be placed separately.
InchBug corporate headquarters is located in Austin, TX. According to Texas statute § 151.330. (Interstate Shipments, Common Carriers, and Services Across State Lines) InchBug is only required to collect sales tax on a purchase shipped within this state.

Yes, we offer group discounts for schools, day cares, churches, camps, etc. A minimum order of Orbit Label packages is required before bulk discounts are offered. Please contact us via phone (1-877-462-4284) or the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page for more information.
Because our goal is to get your labels to you as quickly as possible, we allow a 4-hour window for order cancellations and shipping adjustments after purchase.
Please reach out to howdy@inchbug.com within the timeframe if any changes to your order are necessary. Requests sent outside of this timeframe and after business hours will not qualify under this policy, however we will try our best to accommodate requests for orders that have not yet been processed by our production team.
We currently cannot add items to existing orders. To place a second order to ship with your current one, please email us at howdy@inchbug.com with your order number.
We’ll do our best to combine the shipments and refund the second shipping fee.
If your items are damaged or printed incorrectly, reach out to us via chat by selecting “Request a replacement” or email us Howdy@inchbug.com within 90 days of purchase and we would be happy to replace them!
If it's been more than 90 days, unfortunately, we can't offer a replacement.
Requests to change personalization must be submitted the same day or within 4 hours of the order being placed.

We will try our best to accommodate requests for orders that have not yet been processed. Please refer to our Customization Policy.
After printed and fulfilled, all sales are final for personalized products. This includes our Orbit Labels, Bag Tags, and all custom Sticker Labels. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We understand that personalized products are special, and we take great care to ensure that your items are made exactly as ordered.

Purchases with items that may have reduced in price due to a sale or promotion within 1 day of purchase are eligible for a price adjustment.

At InchBug, we take pride in delivering high-quality customized products and take great care to provide an accurate description of each product. If we make a customization or production error, we will replace it at no cost.
If the customer has made an error there is a 4 hour grace period to make corrections or changes. Replacements for orders received with customer errors can be reordered at 20% of the original cost, excluding taxes and shipping, within 30 days of purchase. This applies to incorrect details, color, misspellings, and adjustments after processing or shipping.
InchBug is not held responsible for orders details and orders are printed as requested.
To request a replacement, please email howdy@inchbug.comwith your order details and a clear photo of the issue. Once approved, we will assist in placing your replacement order. If eligible, replacements will be offered at 20% off the original price.
We do not provide replacements for normal wear and tear or improper use such as writing on labels. Packages lost in mail are eligible for replacement after receiving verification from USPS that they are unable to locate the package.

Orders are printed as requested - Orders are printed exactly as submitted, but you may request changes by emailing howdy@inchbug.comwithin 4 hours of placing your order. To make sure your order is just right, please finalize all personalization details before checking out. We understand if you are curious about how your products may appear once rendered, so we encourage reaching out to customer service for some digital examples.
Character Limits Are Final – Each product has a set character limit to ensure the best fit and print quality. Unfortunately, we cannot adjust max character limits on any of our personalized products and any requests for this can’t be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding, and we’re always happy to help you find the best layout or product to fit your needs.
Alphanumeric Characters Only – To ensure the best print quality, our labels are designed to support standard alphanumeric characters (A–Z, 0–9) and commonly used symbols such as dashes, periods, and parentheses (e.g., for phone numbers or addresses). At this time, we are unable to print non-English language characters, emojis, or other special symbols, as they may not render correctly when printed. We understand the importance of names and languages, and we truly regret any inconvenience this may cause.
